  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding RM150.

4. Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Malaysia.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted areas.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your order through the courier’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
  • Afiyahvet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
