Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Afiyahvet, we strive to provide the best service for you and your pets. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to our products and services.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee of RM30.
  • No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Product Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Refund Eligibility We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service Refunds: If a service was not provided as promised due to an error on our part, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Product Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Perishable pet products, opened pet food, and used pet accessories cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at info@afiyahvet.com with your order details and proof of issue (e.g., photos for damaged items).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
