1. Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee of RM30.
- No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Product Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. Refund Eligibility We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Service Refunds: If a service was not provided as promised due to an error on our part, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Product Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Refundable Items: Perishable pet products, opened pet food, and used pet accessories cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
4. Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
